APSO

With the enormous growth in the personnel services industry in South Africa, it became clear there was a need for a professional, representative body to safeguard the interests of all sectors of the recruitment industry.

At a national convention on 25 August 1977, companies in the various fields of personnel service agreed to form a new organisation called the Association of Personnel Service Organisations of South Africa (APSO).

APSO adopted a Constitution and Code of Ethics based on those used by similar associations in the USA, UK and Australia.

Network Recruitment, a trading division within ADvTECH Resourcing (Pty) Ltd, is a full member of APSO (The Association of Personnel Service Organisations of South Africa).

The aim of this organisation is:

To ensure continuous professional development of members
To assess the welfare and needs of members
To plan, organise and implement initiatives to protect members
To uplift the image of the labour recruitment industry
To embody the principles of democracy, empowerment, self reliance, sustainability, co-ordination and facilitate training efforts
To share experiences with stakeholders

As an APSO member Network Recruitment is ethically bound to adhere to a strict code of ethics, ensuring above average levels of service excellence.
