Before Network Recruitment candidates commence at a company they are contacted in order to:


  • Ensure that they are happy with their new company
  • Confirm that they are ready to start
  • Provide all the company information needed

Once the candidate has commenced their new job, Network Recruitment calls again to ascertain that they feel comfortable at their new company. Network Recruitment also checks that the candidate has been supplied with all relevant information and offers further assistance, if necessary.

For the next three months thereafter, Network Recruitment is in contact with the candidate to establish that they are happy and have no work-related problems.

The candidate knows that they are looked after, and cared for, by Network Recruitment. It also enables the candidate to inform Network Recruitment if any problems are encountered.
