Network Recruitment is a division of ADvTECH Resourcing; the recruitment arm of ADvTECH Limited, a JSE-listed company. ADvTECH Resourcing boasts over 169 years’ collective experience, distilled in 11 leading resourcing brands. The organisation is represented nationally, with branches located throughout the country.

ADvTECH Resourcing has contributed to the empowerment of the resourcing industry through the establishment of Kapele Appointments. Black management staff own a 30% stake in this company, while the remainder is owned by ADvTECH Resourcing. The company has been rated as a Level 5 BEE Contributor, as well as, a Value Adding Enterprise. This means that the Group Procurement recognition level of 80% will be multiplied by a further 1.25 resulting in a total Procurement Recognition level of 100% for the calculation of the weighted BEE procurement spend.
The organisation is further committed to developing communities through CSI. To this end, it supports a number of causes operating within Gauteng. The focus is largely on upliftment and education. A culture of volunteerism encourages staff members to make their own contribution. At branch level, Network Recruitment has adopted several orphanages. It also strives to further the development of learners through donations of IT equipment at schools, and by helping learners gain access to career advisors from tertiary institutions.
