Meet our management team
Niteske Marshall
Network Recruitment Managing Director, Niteske Marshall, joined Network Recruitment as a recruitment consultant specialising in financial recruitment in 1998, after completing a BA (Hons) Industrial Psychology degree at the University of Stellenbosch. In 2002 she became a branch manager and ran an award-winning branch until 2008, when she was promoted to General Manager of Network Finance. In November 2009 Niteske was appointed Managing Director of Network Recruitment. She has a passion for developing young businesswomen into business leaders. She lives in Pretoria and is married with three children.
Tine Erasmus
Network Finance General Manager, Tine Erasmus, completed a BA (Hons) Political Science degree from the University of Pretoria. She gained experience in several industries, both locally and abroad, before joining Network Finance as a recruiter in 2003. She was promoted to branch manager four years later, leading her branch to success as the two-time winner of Branch of the Year. Tine was promoted to General Manager of Network Finance in 2010. She is married, lives in Pretoria, loves travelling and is enthusiastic about helping people to reach their full potential.
Crystal Du Toit
Network Recruitment Business Development Manager, Crystal Du Toit, obtained her BCom Human Resource Management degree in 2003 at the University of Pretoria. She joined the recruitment industry three years later after a stint in real estate, and in 2007 was appointed branch manager, responsible for building and maintaining relationships with key account clients. Crystal joined Network Recruitment as Business Development Manager in 2010.
Somande Brown
Somande Brown, from Network Finance Menlyn is a B.Sc and B.Social Psychology graduate from the University of the Free State. Somande joined the recruitment industry in 2003, honing her skills in contract staffing, temporary staffing and permanent placements. She joined ADvTECH Resourcing in 2010, working first as a trainer before being appointed Branch Manager of Network Finance Menlyn. Somande is married and lives in Pretoria.
Marinda Oberholzer
Network IT Bruma’s Marinda Oberholzer has enjoyed a career peppered with rewards: having started out as a receptionist with Network IT in 1996, she proved herself to be the company’s top researcher, a title she held for three years. She later proved her prowess as best consultant, again holding this title for four consecutive years. Marinda is now putting her leadership skills to good use as Branch Manager of Network IT.
Nicoli Sauerman
Nicoli Saurman, from Network Finance Corporate completed a B.Com (Hons) Industrial Psychology degree at the University of Pretoria. She joined Network Finance as a consultant, specialising in general finance, in 2005. Nicoli is currently Branch Manager of Network Finance Corporate, and shares her passion for recruitment with a team of consultants specialising in general finance, chartered accountants, internal audit, IT audit/IT risk and operational risk.
Marna Thompson
Network Engineering Sales Branch Manager, Marna Thompson, holds a B (Hons) degree in Industrial Psychology and a degree in Labour Relations. Having traveled and worked overseas, she returned to South Africa and a career in recruitment, which led to a post as an engineering recruiter at ADvTECH Resourcing. Four years in this position helped hone her HR skills, after which she took advantage of an opportunity to establish a branch, specialising in engineering. She is now focused on extending the scope of Engineering Sales. Marna lives in Pretoria with her husband and child.
Maryanne Tiedemann
Network Finance Sunninghill’s Maryanne Tiedemann has 10 years’ experience within the recruitment and HR industry. She started her career as a recruitment consultant before being promoted to Business Development Manager and, later, Divisional Manager. The skills acquired through her progression served her well as she moved into a consultant/ facilitator function, specialising in competency-based interviewing for corporate companies. Her diverse and wide-ranging experience have stood her in good stead as the Branch Manager of Network Finance Sunninghill.
Bernice Roux
Network Recruitment Executive Relations and Quality Control Manager, Bernice Roux, joined Network Recruitment in 2007 as a researcher and consultant, specialising in financial recruitment. Her keen eye for detail and unwavering focus proved invaluable in improving the client and candidate experience. As head of Network Recruitment’s Executive Relations, providing an exceptional service remains her top priority.
